Reina is an interdisciplinary economist and international development practitioner who connects academic research with policy, industry and community outcomes. Drawing on extensive experience across higher education, public finance and sustainable-development initiatives, she brings together diverse partners to address major economic, social and environmental challenges in Australia and the Asia-Pacific.

At RMIT, she builds interdiciplinary collaboration between social sciences and STEM, working with industry, governments and communities to advance inclusive innovation, sustainable investment and just transitions. Through her research, teaching and industry engagement, she helps shape future-ready pathways towards more equitable, regenerative resilient economies.
