Orhan has over 25 years banking and finance industry experience as Financial Planner and over 10 years higher education experience as Senior Lecturer. Orhan has completed Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning, Bachelor of Business Administration, Graduate Diploma in Advanced Economics, Executive Education at Harvard Business School.

Orhan is Finacial Planning & Tax Program Manager at Accounting and Financial Planning Department, School of Accounting, Information Systems and Supply Chain. 

Orhan had substantial contribution on Treasury and FASEA initial and ongoing accreditation of RMIT University Financial Planning programs.

Orhan manages industry engagement activities of Financial Planning programs. 

Orhan's students have been winner and rnaked top 3 in nationwide industry based competitions.

Orhan is the recipient of Partnership Award by RMIT University College of Business and Law. 

Orhan coordinates and teaches Financial Planning capstone unit Financial Advisory Practice. 

Orhan's research interest is in Financial Planning, Superannuation, Banking and Treasury securities.
