BIO

Driven by the firm belief that only through collaboration can we face our biggest challenges, Dr Martijn van der Kamp aims to educate, inspire and equip those who are tackling these challenges through the topics of teamwork, strategy, and leadership.

 

As a researcher, educator, and consultant, Martijn has worked internationally with business, government, education, and research teams on the design and implementation of teamwork and partnership strategies.

 

At RMIT, Martijn is an associate professor and program director of the Master of Business Administration.

 

His work regularly features in the media and at international conferences, and has received awards from The Academy of Management, The American Psychological Association, and the International Association for Conflict Management.

 

Martijn holds degrees from the Rotterdam School of Management (BA), the Erasmus University Rotterdam (MBA), and the University of Melbourne (PhD.). Dr van der Kamp has been a visiting scholar at Harvard Business School, held research positions at the UNSW Business School and the Melbourne Business School, and was a strategic sourcing and partnership consultant for Kirkman Company in the Netherlands.
