Since 2016, I have been a lecturer and now Senior Lecturer and Researcher at RMIT University, Vietnam, within the School of Communications & Design. I coordinate the Capstone 1 course for 3rd-year students, oversee School Research & HDR DA coordination, and supervise PhD candidates. Additionally, I serve as an external PhD examiner, having examined candidates from both the University of Sunderland, UK, and Multimedia University, Malaysia.

Before this, from 2011 to 2016, I held the role of Deputy Dean and Senior Lecturer at RMIT Linton University College, Malaysia. During this period, I led research initiatives and managed the Research Centre for Creative Practice while delivering various graphic design courses and supervising student theses.

My earlier academic experience includes my role from 2003 to 2010 as PG Coordinator and Course Leader for the MA Digital Arts programs at Camberwell College of Arts, University of the Arts London (UAL), where I supervised several PhD students, one of whom successfully completed their doctorate.

Beyond my core teaching responsibilities, I have been involved in collaborative international projects. Notably, in 2023 and 2024, I participated in the Common Design Studio, a collaboration with RMIT Melbourne, London College of Communication (UAL), and ELISAVA Barcelona. In 2022, I contributed to the Memefest project focusing on the production of space through food, and facilitated a workshop on mapping the city through the PlaceLab initiative.
